Event Registration Policy
Chamber policy is to require advanced registration to all of our events (this can easily be done in our store). This allows us to have an accurate count for the venue as well as to be prepared for Chamber members. Reservations not accompanied by a payment will be invoiced with a 5% administration fee. Reservations may be “held” with a credit card number until an alternate payment is received or the reservation is canceled.
The registration deadline is three business days prior to the event. Any reservation received after that is subject to a minimum 5% administration fee (Some events will have an early bird rate and a much higher late registration fee). Attendees who do not register for an event and attempt to walk in will not only be subject to the 5% admin fee but could be turned back if the event is fully booked.
For a refund of payment, all cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the event. This also applies to those reservations that have been held by a credit card number. If the cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to the event, the credit card number will be charged immediately following the event. If check, cash, or credit card payment has been received prior to the event and cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to the event, there will be no refunds given.
If “holding” reservation with a credit card number, and we don’t receive an alternate payment in 30 days from the day of the event, the credit card number will be charged.
(NOTE: This does NOT include Business After Hours. Where early registration is requested and is beneficial, but it is not required).
