THE CHAMBER’S BIGGEST LOSER

The “biggest” buzz in the community is the weight loss challenge between Cranberry businessmen Mike Hall of General Rental Center and Jason Madden of Costco Wholesale, both weighing in at over 300 lbs.

The challenge began between Mike and Jason and “a bunch of losers” (others who will lose weight along with them) on Monday April 19^th with a press conference at Snap Fitness in Zelienople.

The Zelienople-Harmony area Chamber of Commerce and THE CHAMBER of Commerce, Inc, serving north Pittsburgh, northern Allegheny and Cranberry Corridors have created a joint effort to help Mike and Jason raise money for charity with their weight loss.  ALL PROCEEDS GO TO – The Children’s Miracle Network, The Miracle League and Parents in Toto Autism Resource Center.

Here’s how you can support Mike & Jason in their weight loss efforts.  You can cheer on your favorite “loser” with a pledge of at least $1.00 per pound lost.  OR you can make a general donation to the Biggest Loser contest – $30-$40-$50 or even $100 or more!

And, you can join the challenge! Be a member of Mike & Jason’s support teams and lose weight along with them.

Chamber Director of Marketing and PR Kathy Oliver says this is a game that everyone wins – the community, the charities, and Mike and Jason.  Going public with their weight loss gives them an incentive – when they lose, the charities win!  The Chambers decided to support their efforts and help build their weight loss teams.
